Cancellation Policy
Wheel Term
If you are unable to attend a booked 6 week wheel workshop, you must give 14 days notice prior to the commencement of the workshop to receive a credit.
No refunds will be offered for cancellations with in 14 days of the commencement of a workshop.
If you are unable to attend one class of a 6 week course, that class will be forfeited.
If a course or workshop is cancelled by myself you will be notified and offered a full refund or opportunity to transfer to the next available class.
Hand Building
If you are unable to attend a booked hand building workshop, you must give 48 hours notice prior to the commencement of the workshop to receive a credit (Some exceptions). This credit must be used within 4 weeks of your original workshop date. As these are small intimate classes, strictly no refunds will be given.
*Please note: if pieces are not collected within 4 weeks of your nominated collection time, these items will be discarded.
Event Workshops/One-off Classes
If you are unable to attend an event workshop or a one-off workshop you must give at least 1 week notice to receive a credit. As these are small, intimate classes, strictly no refunds will be given.
Liability
I agree to take full responsibility for any damages or injuries for physical and/or personal property that I might incur whilst participating in any course, workshop or event organised by The Sunshine Collective.

Shipping and Returns
Order Information
As our jewellery is hand made to order please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be made and processed. This time may be slightly extended over peak periods. For any urgent orders please contact us directly so we can best accommodate your needs.
Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for up to 30 days after purchase. We offer store credit or exchange for the value of your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
We require proof of purchase for all refunds or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
We do not accept returns on any Sunshine Collective Earings due to hygiene reasons.
Shipping costs will be at the expense of the purchaser unless the product is faulty.
Warranty
The Sunshine Collective Australia offers a 6-month repair and restoration warranty from the date of purchase, should your product deem to be defective or faulty.
Our warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damage if worn in water.
Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers are valid for a term of 6 months from the date of purchase. Expiry date also outlined on voucher.
Creative Kids
All NSW Creative Kids Vouchers that expired June 30th and processed by The Sunshine Collective must be booked and the workshop attended by August 31st 2023.
